Sparks in the hut

  • The hut, Mowgli and the environment are built on a common board, connected to a robot.
  • There are 1-1 red LED in the window of the hut and in Mowgli’s hand. Mowgli’s arms can be moved with an axle.
  • When the robot is switched on, the LEDs are automatically switched on. The flashing LEDs represent the fire.

Mowgli goes down to the village

  • The hut and Mowgli are built on a separate robot.
  • The hut is a static robot with 2 LEDs flashing in the window. The program is triggered by a Touch sensor.
  • Mowgli has 1 red LED in his hand, but his arms move with an axis. The figure is mounted on a robot base with 2 DC motors.
  • When switched on, the robot starts automatically.
  • Mowgli’s path can be pre-drawn or marked out with landmarks. The aim is for the robot to follow the predefined path as accurately as possible. The robot does this even without a sensor, by setting and experimenting with the program’s precise values by the children.
  • When the robot reaches the entrance to the hut, the LED starts blinking

  • The hut and the little boy guarding the fire are static robots, each connected to a separate robot.
  • The hut is like in P2.
  • The little boy robot has 1 LED, 1 Buzzer and 1 Touch sensor connected to it.
  • LED flashing in front of the boy guarding the fire and the Buzzer sound indicates the fire.
  • When Mowgli presses the Touch sensor, the LED goes out and the Buzzer stops.
  • Mowgli is mounted on 2 robotic bases with DC motors.
  • Its arm is moved by servo motor and 1 red LED is connected to it.
  • The robot is controlled by a console with 5 Touch sensors. 4 Touch sensors are used for control.
  • When the 5th Touch sensor is pressed, Mowgli’s arm rises up and then snaps down, pushing down the Touch sensor mounted on the little boy guarding the fire.

  • The hut and the little boy guarding the fire are static robots, each separately attached to a robot.
  • The hut as in P2 and P3.
  • The LED blinking in front of the boy guarding the fire and the Buzzer’s voice are the same as in P3.
  • There is 1 IR Photoreflector attached which detects Mowgli’s approach. When Mowgli mounted on the carriage gets close enough, the LED goes out and the Buzzer stops.
  • Mowgli is built as in P3.
  • At the front of it, 1 IR Photoreflector is attached, which detects the little boy guarding the fire.
  • Mowgli automatically moves forward, when it gets close to the little boy, raises the Servo motorized hand, the LED built into the hand lights up, displaying that the fire is taken, then moves away from the little boy guarding the fire, with the LED lit.
